The Job in a Nutshell💡
We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team in the UAE and work closely with our global cross functional teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and optimizing different marketing activities to boost brand visibility, drive customer engagement, generate leads, and strengthen Foodics' position in the UAE market.
What Will You Do❓
- Manage and own the monthly social media calendar, develop creative content, oversee all social media channels, and coordinate with sales, content, and creative teams. Provide feedback on copy and design while ensuring timely delivery from all teams.
- Handle social media posting, update the publishing calendar daily, develop creative ideas for engagement posts. Monitor our social media comments, engagement rate, analyze performance of social media accounts/posts performance on monthly/campaign basis and recommend improvements.
- Write internal marketing briefs for the different projects, set project checklists and roll-out plans, and coordinate deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support campaign objectives. Assist in briefing external agencies and suppliers, and follow up on campaigns, projects, and quotations.
- Research relevant local F&B events, approach organizers to obtain participation proposals, brief agencies on branded material production, and manage all on-ground activation details.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of different marketing activities and campaigns.
- Assist in CRM reporting to monitor leads and support nurturing/expansion strategies.
- Develop and implement cross-selling and up-selling campaigns through direct marketing channels, including email and WhatsApp.
- Handle shoots with videographers for customer stories, webinars, and influencer campaigns, providing direction on the storyline and feedback on video edits and deliverables.
- Regularly analyze our competitors' activities and communication.
What Are We Looking For❓
- At least three years of experience in a similar role (Previous experience working with an agency is preferred).
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Strong commercial awareness combined with a creative mindset.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
- Excellent presentation skills.

- Candidates with F&B or SaaS industry familiarity.
