Summary:
We're on the lookout for a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you'll be the driving force behind optimizing our marketing strategies and ensuring seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing tools for enhanced efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Analyse marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with teams to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine marketing processes to boost effectiveness and streamline operations.
- Sales-Marketing Alignment: Foster collaboration between teams for seamless lead management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology field. MBA is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations.
- Proficiency in data management including data mining, data addition, data aggregation, extraction, management, and analysis of large databases from multiple sources utilizing analytic tools.
- Proficiency in any of the following tools is required: ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or Apollo.io.
- Experience with any of the following tools is a plus: Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pinpoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in optimizing marketing processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
