Marketing Specialist

To complement our dynamic team, we are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist located in Bucharest, Romanian Office.
Job Description:
- Implement the communication, events and promotion activities for the brands distributed by local Ingram Micro.
- Design and develop various communication messages for different channels, including newsletters, company presentations, social media content, press releases.
- Create, evaluate and control marketing budgets and funds.
- Update the company's website with news, promotions and events, on regular bases.
- Coordinate and organize events and webinars.
- Work with 3rd parties: PR agency, event locations, creative freelancers.
- Analyze activity feedback report using Excel and Power Point according to the feedback forms filled in for the events and other type of inputs for the other activities (emailing,digital,telemarketing) etc.
- Building, maintaining, and developing relationships with all parties.
- Analyzes and evaluates information effectively to make decisions. Identifies priorities and plans accordingly.
- Uses influence to execute and drive ideas forward.
- Assist on execution of corporate marketing activities.
- Have the drive and motivation to proactively develop and grow.
Expectations:
- Minimum 3 year marketing role experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of working with Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator/Coral Draw is an added advantage.
- Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Must respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Previous experience within IT/distribution industry or global companies will be considered as advantage.
