Position Summary:

In the Marketing Specialist position, you’ll craft and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive product growth in Senior Care and Healthcare markets. From building campaign plans and scoping deliverables to executing digital marketing tactics, you’ll play a key role in achieving business growth objectives. Collaborating closely with Brand and Category Product Managers, you’ll launch innovative products, grow revenue from existing portfolios, and deliver impactful campaigns that make a difference.

What You’ll Do and Impact:

Scope and execute integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Coordinate people and processes to deliver quality results on time, documenting project plans and timelines.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to source and develop content for marketing deliverables.

Partner with in-house Marketing teams to create assets, manage SEM and LinkedIn campaigns, and enhance digital user experiences.

Define, track, and analyze marketing KPIs, providing insights and strategic adjustments to meet goals and adapt to market changes.

Own the creation and maintenance of sales enablement resources.
-
Write compelling email copy, subject lines, and social media posts.
-
Participate in category planning by reviewing campaign plans and KPIs, and recommending ideas to build awareness, improve digital presence, and increase conversion/retention.

Oversee quarterly marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.
-
3-5 years digital marketing experience, including SEO content creation, email marketing, and social media marketing
-
Experience using Microsoft Office and digital marketing technology tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and/or FontAgent.
-
Experience leveraging AI tools to plan, execute, and measure marketing tactics, including SEO content creation.
Additional Items of Interest:

Start-up and new market entry experience.

Marketing agency and client account management.

Skilled in business strategy and marketing planning.

Proficiency in CMS, UX, and voice-of-customer research.

Expertise with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
