Job Summary:
Altus Group is looking for a collaborative, self-starter to join our Americas Field Marketing Team, focused on creating and delivering exceptional in-person and digital event experiences. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and line of business stakeholders to support the planning, promotion and execution of tradeshows, conference sponsorships, roundtables/seminars, networking events and webinars that enhance brand presence, foster customer engagement, and support lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed event and webinar project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, permits, and contracts

Plan and oversee the design, layout, and theme of events to align with organizational objectives

Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling event marketing materials, including invitations, presentations, and signage
-
Support on-site staff with lead retrieval systems and devices, clean and enrich lead lists post- event
-
Support GTM team with pre-meeting bookings management and post-event lead management activities
-
Plan and execute pre and post-event and webinar marketing communication plans
-
Build and maintain relationships with clients, event producers/organizations, and key stakeholders

Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown

Set up and operate webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx), optimize attendee experience and engagement, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless live sessions

Track webinar and event performance metrics (e.g., attendance rates, engagement levels, and feedback) and create post-event reports with actionable insights

Identify potential risks and create contingency plans to mitigate them
Key Requirements:

+4 years of B2B marketing experience in Commercial Real Estate, Professional Services, Financial Services, or multi-product SaaS organizations

Proven experience managing a variety of event types with demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility and initiative

Ability to travel within North America approximately once per quarter

Experience with marketing & sales platforms including CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Webinar platforms (Go-to-Webinar, Cvent), and project management platforms (Excel, Asana, Clickup, etc…)
