Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a creative and collaborative Marketing Specialist (Commercial) to join our team in LaVergne, TN. In this role, you will Identify and lead projects, from conception through execution, for select marketing programs that support the growth and expansion of the company’s products and services. The expectation is that the Specialist works independently to identify new opportunities, measure results, make recommendations on improvements to processes and marketing campaigns, and works with marketing and business leads to prioritize outcomes. The role also assists in creating content, collateral, reports, and the execution and tracking of additional tasks to ensure accurate and timely implementation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or year for year directly related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years related marketing experience to include 1 year of digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM
  • Experience with B2B marketing programs
  • Experience managing webinars on Zoom or similar platforms
  • Experience with managing social campaigns on Sprout or similar platforms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently tracks, reports and provides optimization efforts on marketing initiatives to manager and business units.
  • Contributes to and supports the development and implementation of business objectives and marketing plans as outlined in annual integrated marketing plans.
  • Provides regular updates on status of marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Oversees project timing and budgets, on select projects, working with Marketing Manager on approvals.
  •  Works with team to develop content for marketing materials to drive target market to desired results.
  • Performs other tasks to support the marketing team.

Hiring Salary Range: $63,945k- $80,849k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
