Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution
- Support the development and execution of detailed marketing plans that generate qualified leads and impactful revenue outcomes.
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, content, paid media, TV, and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch, track, and report on email campaigns.
- Support the marketing team in working with internal business units, global and segment teams, and external agencies to create compelling product narratives and execute impactful go-to-market campaigns, with a specific focus on supporting digital media and television.
- Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to ensure that campaigns, content, and messaging resonate with prospects and enhance all consumer communications.
- Implement creative optimizations, briefing and working with appropriate teams and agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate ongoing product and sales-driven campaigns, collateral updates, and production of materials.
- Support the development and maintenance of the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Performance Measurement and Optimization
- Support measurement frameworks through data collection and analysis, reporting on monthly KPIs and metrics for acquisition and conversion efforts.
- Track campaign, web, and call conversion data, along with key performance metrics regularly, supporting leaders in monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives and attribution efforts.
- Facilitate proper setup, tracking, and measurement of campaigns, supporting tests and optimizations.
- Assist with media buying and marketing program optimizations, partnering with global performance, agency, and analytics teams to drive qualified leads and ultimately drive revenue.
- Provide data inputs to support the measurement of CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Receive and process monthly invoices, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Team and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Champion best practices in digital and television media planning, testing, and reporting, including ongoing exploration of potential new channels and approaches.
- Collaborate closely with business units, analytics, and analysis teams to ensure alignment and support in lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Ensure consistent delivery of operational and executional excellence through thoughtful processes and go-to-market project management, providing recommendations and supporting ongoing improvements.
- Contribute to a positive, empowering culture of collaboration and excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in the marketing field, with proven expertise in digital media and television.
- Experience in insurance preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Agility in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver intended results with excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated orientation towards a growth mindset, resilience, ownership, collaboration, and flexibility.
- Demonstrated business and digital media acumen.
- Experience in data analysis and consumer insights to drive informed decisions.
- Related experience in mining for insights, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously using internal and agency resources.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.

Salary range is expected to be between
$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD
