We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to support the Marketing office in driving key EMEA marketing and some Global marketing cross-company initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution, organizational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. As the Marketing Project Manager, you will serve as a right-hand to the SVP of EMEA Marketing, helping to manage priorities, projects, and initiatives. You will work with different groups within the global marketing organization, including Demand Generation, Digital, Business Development, Studio, Web, Product marketing, Communication, Leadership; and with other departments like Product, Sales, Finance, P&E. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, manage projects and operations in high level and on schedule, as well as maintain discretion as needed will be essential to your success in this role.
As a Marketing Project Manager at JFrog you will…
- Lead the progression on cross-company initiatives, managing end-to-end plans; facilitate decision-making and maintain alignment with company priorities to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with various teams and leaders to develop and implement plans, goals, and objectives.
- Organize and conduct executive meetings, including agenda preparation, briefing materials, and follow-up action completion.
- Coordinate resource allocation across multiple programs and projects, balancing priorities to optimize performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and workflows, contributing to improved efficiency and productivity.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Work alongside global marketing teams like campaigns team, digital team, web team, product marketing, etc to plan and track project schedules, synchronization, and timelines while navigating challenges for resolution and progress.
- Monitor marketing projects, programs, KPIs, team activities, be proactive and recommend actions, and escalate potential issues as needed.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to provide insights, proactively raise concerns, and enhance planning and tracking.
To be a Marketing Project Manager at JFrog you need…
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Previous collaboration with marketing teams in B2B companies, along with a solid understanding of technology.
- Strong project management abilities, with experience managing multiple complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- An independent, self-motivated work ethic.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as a project/program manager in a global software organization.
- A comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques, and tools.
- Strong resource management skills in a matrix environment.
