MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

We are currently looking for a talented Marketing Project Manager to join our Product & Wholesale Marketing department. At our office facilities by the harbor edge in Horsens, you will become part of an energetic office community, consisting of approx. 100 colleagues looking forward to welcoming you in our team as soon as possible.
About the job
As a Marketing Project Manager in our team, you will be working closely together with your colleagues in Product & Wholesale Marketing, as well as having a close cooperation with Sales, Brand & Communication, Product Development and most of the other departments across the organization.
This specific department converts deep product understanding and strong business acumen into compelling launch- and life-cycle support for our wholesale, contract and retail sales organizations located around Europe.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Overall planning and project management of the production of Sales Enablement Material such as Presentations, Fact Sheets, Sales promotions, Care Instructions, Catalogues and Price sheets considering specific sales channel needs
- Project management and responsible for delivering on digital tools related to launches (configurators, pCon, 3D models)
- Product ownership on HAY B2B platform
- Project manage implementation of product clean-out and optimization in sales materials
- Drive implementation of sustainability communication
- Ongoing maximization of product impact in the market
- Build and apply thorough understanding of customer journey, needs and market trends – especially for contract channel e.g. through segment specific presentations.
Are you the Marketing Project Manager we are looking for?
Role expectations
- As a person you are an energetic marketeer with a solid marketing toolbox and good project leader skills
- You are able to manage the coordination and deadlines for your own tasks and you are characterized by being structured and detail oriented
- You have a natural interest in the customer journey, understanding their needs, and staying updated on market trends You are service-minded, patient and able to maintain an overview when days becomes busy
- Are self-motivated, autonomous, and proactive
- Are comfortable working in an international organization
Experience required
- Have at least 5 years’ relevant experience from a similar position in a (product) marketing department – preferably within the design industry, and desirably from a global company with a large product portfolio
- Have a degree within Marketing or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Have strong communication, presenting, and relationship-building skills
- Are a super user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Have a digital mindset
- It is a requirement that your English and Danish language skills are fluent in both spoken and written, since HAY is a part of an international design world within the MillerKnoll Group
