You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation, to craft marketing programs that resonate with our target audience and amplify the Ridgeline brand. What will you do?
As a Marketing Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex initiatives across multiple channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Design and execute integrated marketing programs, including campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of program components.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams, to ensure seamless program execution.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to enhance program success.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing ROI.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with vendors to optimize expenditures.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Leverage insights to tailor programs that resonate with target audiences and address market opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing program management or a related role.
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or technology industries.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid media.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $110,000 to $157,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
