Marketing Program Manager I

$68,860- $92,100 - $ 115,340

Summary:

The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for turning creative ideas into effective campaigns. This position assists in the building and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing channels and supports MedImpact’s brand and new sales through lead generation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Create, implement, and oversee communication and lead generation programs that effectively describe and promote MedImpact and its subsidiaries, its products, programs and services, including e-mail campaigns, graphics, brochures, company or product collateral, case studies, webinars, web site microsite pages, and more.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials and messaging is in line with our brand identity and consistent across materials and lines of business. 
  • Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic to support sales and lead generation.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Create informative and timely content and manage information dissemination.
  • In conjunction with our writers, produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Draft copy for email campaigns, website banners and more and work with writers/designers to create case studies and product toolkits.
  • Build strategic relationships with internal and external partners with ability to look across all programs.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Develop analytics and lead scoring to provide to the salesforce.
  • Analyze results to improve and adjust email and campaigns accordingly. Provide relevant reporting and tracking in order to optimize messaging.
  • May oversee the preparation of presentations and/or speeches, as well as webinars and other public forums.
  • Meet with internal partners, develop marketing communications, campaigns and programs.
  • Create policies and procedures and work instructions as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day management and coordination of marketing campaigns. Communicate to both internal and external partners on status, schedules, and changes.
  • Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
  • Investigate non-standard requests and problems, with minimal assistance from others.
  • Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree required in journalism, communications, marketing or related field of study and two or more (2+) years’ related job experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in the healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industries, desirable but not required. Detailed document writing or member materials development in the managed care industry preferred.
