About the job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaign operations. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations, this role will be the operational backbone of our campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, timelines, and objectives
  • Build, test and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Prioritize, track and document campaign request updates via project management software (Jira)
  • Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Resolve roadblocks and issues as needed to meet campaign goals
  • Identify and recommend improvements based on campaign performance insights

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
  • Experience building automated and complex campaign programs from inception to completion (e.g., lead nurtures, customer lifecycle nurtures, audience segmentation,  workflow automations)
  • Strong competency in marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment

Desired:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant certifications such as Marketo Certified Expert
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Asana)

Location

This role will be remote and based in the United Kingdom.

Travel
