We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead the optimization of our marketing efforts through actionable insights and scalable processes. This pivotal role requires expertise in analyzing large data sets, creating comprehensive reports, and identifying key levers to enhance marketing performance and ROI. The ideal candidate will design and implement efficient operational strategies, ensuring best practices in demand generation, database management, and campaign measurement in a fast-paced and complex, high-growth environment.
This is a fully remote role in the US; candidates in CST and EST
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategy in collaboration with the data and marketing teams.
- Automate and streamline reporting to enhance efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Develop scalable frameworks for campaign performance measurement, attribution modeling, and ROI tracking.
- Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve marketing operations efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Optimize lead enrichment and routing to ensure data accuracy and seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs.
- Design and manage GTM cadences to align marketing, sales, and operations teams for effective execution and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to assess initiatives and drive strategic program improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in marketing operations, GTM operations or related role
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills, including advanced Excel modeling
- Expertise in SaaS metrics, demand generation, funnel optimization, and process improvement
- Experience in attribution modeling, campaign tracking, and performance measurement
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams
- Results-driven, highly analytical, and adaptable problem-solver
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
