WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, content, finance and web development
- Manage project scope, goals and deliverables, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Monitor project & task completion progress, proactively providing timely updates to stakeholders
- Review SEO reporting data to communicate changes to the team in a timely manner
- Ensuring required tasks are assigned and completed in a correct manner and on time using project & task management tools (Click Up)
- Support Head of department with administrative tasks (invoices, payments)
- Coordinate and manage communication with freelancers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- Proven experience with process automation, streamlining workflows for efficiency
- Familiarity with goal setting frameworks, such as OKRs, to drive team and individual performance
- Experience in digital marketing area would be considered an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong decision-making abilities
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

GROSS SALARY
- Salary is 2900 - 3900 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
