Your Impact on Our Mission:
The Marketing Operations team supports marketing functions across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in helping to grow our CRM program. Your work will play an integral part in driving provider engagement and retention via thoughtful, tailored experiences by leading execution and reporting across email marketing campaigns.

Your Day to Day Is…
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in platforms such as Marketo and Braze, ensuring high-quality execution and flawless delivery
- Manage audience segmentation and list uploads based on campaign requirements and behavioral/demographic data
- Perform rigorous QA on all email assets, including content proofing, link validation, and dynamic content testing
- Set up campaign tracking parameters and assist in monitoring performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with lifecycle, creative, and analytics teams to execute campaigns on time and aligned with brand standards
- Help maintain the health of our marketing databases by supporting list hygiene and contact management practices.Building marketing campaigns end-to-end, primarily through email and in product channels
- Coding new HTML emails from design files
- Thinking critically about audience segmentation and campaign performance & to ensure that the campaign setup matches the goals in the campaign briefs
- Building reports/performing analysis
- Participating in meetings with project stakeholders
- Executing ad hoc and short-term project initiatives
You’d be Successful in This Role if You Have…
- A Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution with a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/ graduation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with Q/A processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Data-orientation: Understanding which data is relevant, asking the right questions, and data literacy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google SheetsIndependent problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in a previous marketing operations/production role is preferred
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, Mailgun preferred
