Role Overview
We're looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to join our growing marketing team. If you're passionate about leveraging data to optimize marketing campaigns, build scalable processes, and contribute to the success of a fast-paced startup, we want to hear from you!
This is one of the first roles in our expanding marketing team, and you'll play a pivotal role in building our marketing tech stack, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable insights to drive marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage our marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and other relevant tools.
- Develop and implement marketing analytics dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to define campaign goals, target audiences, and measurement frameworks.
- Develop and document marketing processes and best practices to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead generation, and event marketing.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technology and analytics trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and content management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Webflow).
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience with SQL or other data query languages is a plus.
- Experience with lead scoring and lead nurturing programs is a plus.
