Artera’s Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to support and optimize marketing tools, systems, and processes. In this role, you’ll provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance, contribute to revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement.


Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical foundation, experience with marketing attribution models, and a solid understanding of B2B SaaS or healthcare technology marketing. You should excel in communication, data visualization, and enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


This role reports to the Senior Director of RevOps and works closely with Marketing & Communications leadership. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational experience looking to grow in a hands-on, data-driven role.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking key performance metrics and marketing attribution models.
  • Support reporting efforts with a focus on multi-touch attribution and cross-channel performance analysis.
  • Evaluate and implement an account-based attribution model that shows the whole GTM motion across sales and marketing channels.

  • Optimization & Refinement:
  • Enhance marketing performance tracking using tools like Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, and UserGems.
  • Implement and maintain lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation processes while ensuring data integrity.

  • Process Improvement & Sharing:
  • Provide optimization recommendations and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations.
  • Support and train team members on marketing tools, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving B2B technology landscape (SaaS, IaaS, hardware, etc.) 
  • Proven experience building and maintaining a multi-touch marketing attribution model 
  • Expert in Salesforce Administration
  • Strong data storytelling abilities, and skilled at data visualization (Looker preferred but PowerBI, Tableau or other tools are also accepted)
  • Demonstrated ability for finding insights in a modern marketing environment
  • Deeply collaborative, curious, and entrepreneurial with the ability to establish processes from scratch, gain buy-in from cross-functional teams, and drive processes forward

Bonus

  • Experienced with Pardot, 6sense, DemandBase, ZoomInfo, Groove, Definitive Healthcare, Asana, Jira, G-Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Dreamdata etc.
  • Experience working in healthcare technology

LOCATION

Artera values in-person collaboration and is currently hiring in the following US cities: Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Kansas City, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Boston, and Philadelphia (Wayne).


Artera HQ is in Santa Barbara, CA, with an additional US office located in Philadelphia (Wayne), PA. If you live in the Santa Barbara or Philadelphia area, your role will be hybrid, and you will be expected to work out of your designated office location regularly, following local office guidelines. While three days a week may be a general guideline, the specific requirement will be set regionally based on the needs of the local office and the role.


If you live in one of our other hubs, your role will be remote to start. As our team continues to grow in these cities, Artera will explore opening offices in these locations, but there is currently no timeline in place for that. Once that happens, in-office attendance will similarly follow regional expectations, with flexibility to align with the local office's norms and the specific job requirements.
