Marketing Analytics Intern
Join AAA’s Roadways College Internship Program!
AAA has an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing Media Team for a 10-week internship. Interns should have a career aspiration and passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Interns will actively participate in program contributing to meaningful projects and work closely each week with the Marketing Team.
About the Roadways College Internship Program:
Over the summer program, interns receive tools and resources for their growth and development that will help them prepare for the current and future workforce, including:

Understanding how to align business strategy with key objectives and initiatives

Using behavioral and communication tools to enhance their personal image

Demonstrating flexibility, agility, and the ability to respond effectively to change

Cultivating relationships to increase collaboration and build trust
What You’ll Do
-
Attend weekly operational and strategic insight sessions with senior leaders
-
Attend learning and development sessions to further enhance your leadership skills
-
Create and develop presentations using Microsoft Office Tools but not limited to PowerPoint

Network with executives and senior leaders across different business units

Participate in team building and volunteer events
-
This position will assist the Marketing Manager with several regular reports as well as ad-hoc reporting and analysis as they support members of the Marketing Team in their campaign strategies and goals.

Review and optimize annual and monthly media planning process

Create ad-hoc reports to identify areas of opportunity for underperforming campaigns and/or markets

Create and suggest process and reporting efficiencies
-
Provide data-driven recommendations on campaign strategy to optimize marketing spend

Participate in marketing presentations

Assist in lead forecasting and pacing commentary
What You’ll Need
-
Must be a Senior enrolled in a college/university with emphasis in Marketing or similar
-
Understanding of data analysis, visualization, and dashboards
-
Strong proficiency with Excel and other MS Office products
-
Experience with Tableau or similar programs preferred
-
Strong problem-solver, who can provide suggestions and alternative solutions to unexpected scenarios

Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and self-starter
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as effective interpersonal skills; must be able to work with multiple departments and stakeholders
Internship Eligibility:
-
Must commit to the entirety of the program; June 9th through August 15th

Must commit to working full time, 40 hours per week

Must be willing to commute to the office daily

The pay rate for this position is $27.00 per hour
