The Role Itself
USG Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role will oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital strategies to support the company’s overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong project management skills, experience in B2B marketing, and a passion for the insurance industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with USG’s business goals.
- Manage the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email campaigns, social media, and website management.
- Create and manage marketing content, including articles, case studies, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives through targeted campaigns and materials.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a marketing and graphic design team, ensuring efficient workflow, creativity, and alignment with company goals.
- Assign projects, set deadlines, and provide strategic direction to the team while fostering professional growth and skill development.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a marketing and graphic design team, with a track record of successfully executing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
