What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to join the expanding team. This role is perfect for someone with a startup mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments, can write compelling content and solve marketing challenges independently. If you are a B2B marketer with strong content skills and a problem-solving attitude, we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time contract position reporting to the Growth & Brand Director.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Core Responsibilities:

Content strategy and execution

  • Take full ownership of LinkedIn, newsletters, and blog strategy, driving engagement and lead generation
  • Plan, create, and distribute high-quality content (articles, whitepapers, case studies) that aligns with our Know Your Payee (KYP) positioning
  • Own content performance metrics—analyze and optimize engagement, downloads, and conversions


Demand generation and lead nurturing

  • Drive organic lead generation efforts through content, LinkedIn engagement, email marketing, webinars and partnerships
  • Work closely with sales to ensure content aligns with pipeline goals

Brand and messaging

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints
  • Manage and refine sales enablement materials (one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies)
  • Support thought leadership efforts, including executive LinkedIn strategy and speaking engagements


Events and partnership

  • Support event marketing, including booth management, PR coordination, and content repurposing
  • Collaborate with partners to amplify brand reach through co-marketing opportunities


Marketing operations and performance

  • Ensure smooth marketing operations, from campaign execution to data tracking
  • Own marketing reporting, delivering insights on content, lead generation, and event success
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably Fintech, financial services, SaaS
  • Proven track record in content marketing, with expertise in writing compelling articles, newsletters, and case studies
  • Experience in startup environments, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to independently execute campaigns, while also thinking strategically
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable tracking performance, reporting insights, and optimizing strategies
  • Experience in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Strong lead generation experience, including LinkedIn, email, and content-driven acquisition
  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid social campaigns
  • Prior experience in event marketing and partnership collaborations desired
  • Knowledge of compliance, fraud prevention, or cross-border payments is a plus
  • Creative thinker with strong project management abilities
  • Must have the authorization to work in Malaysia
