We are seeking a dynamic marketer to become a valued, integral part of the PURE Marketing team.

The position will report to the VP of Marketing & Advertising and will be a hybrid role based out of our White Plains, NY office.

PURE Insurance is a high net worth insurance company for families with high value homes and other assets. What You’ll Do

At PURE, you are not just a policyholder; you are a member. PURE focuses on making members smarter about risk, helping them reduce their chances of experiencing common causes of loss.

In this new role at PURE, you will be responsible for managing the marketing strategy and execution to engage our membership around key initiatives such as loss prevention and addressing coverage gaps.  

Programs include: Fire and water loss prevention, teen driver safety, cross-sell, and lifecycle marketing (e.g. member onboarding and renewals).

You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization (e.g. Risk Management) and with external partners on these programs, plus manage the programs across channels like our website (pureinsurance.com), email, and member portal and app.

The ideal candidate is passionate about driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative and well-executed marketing plans. You should have a strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem and how to build effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting with internal stakeholders and partners to develop the marketing strategy for member programs
  • Briefing the content and creative team on assets needed for member programs
  • Developing timelines for member programs and manage a calendar across programs
  • Work with internal stakeholders on member eligibility lists/criteria for email communications
  • Manage approval process with external partners
  • Report on success of member programs including email KPIs, program enrollments, take-up rate, etc.
  • Optimize programs based on results.

About You

  • 3-6 years of marketing experience
  • Strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects involving cross-functional teams and external partners, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands on experience with a range of marketing tools and platforms, e.g. Google Analytics, email providers, website CMS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, and motivated to problem solve and troubleshoot
  • Adaptable to changes in business priorities and needs

The base salary for this role can range from $75K - $90K, based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
