Key Responsibilities:

Category Management 

  • Strategic Planning: Lead Skincare category and develop marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and drive market growth.  
  • Collaboration: Collaborate strongly with Retail Marketing, CRM and Omni-channel team to maximize the business potentials across 3 categories and all client touchpoints.  
  • Work closely with PR / media team to ensure cohesive brand storytelling, with solid KPIs, to drive maximum visibility and buzz in multi-channel media.  
  • Work with Retail team on cabin strategy to ensure an elevated client value.  
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze effectiveness of campaign orchestration and strategies through metrics and KPIs, make adjustment as needed. 
  • Facilitate the sales forecast process from prior to during launches/SPM/samples management and assist to enhance forecast accuracy. 
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and consumer insights to help global and regional team to understand local demands and needs and make informed decisions. 
  • A&P Management: Support Budget exercise and lead category ambition and A&P construction to ensure effective allocation of resources for the category and strategic pillars.  
  • Conduct annual price review exercise to ensure competitive pricing strategy for the brand. 
  • Regular budget monitoring with PO creation and tracking. 
  • Embrace One House mindset and explore collaboration opportunities with other division (Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewellery) 

Campaign Orchestration 

  • Design and execute campaign orchestration to uphold brand equity and support product launches to reach category business goals. 
  • Plan and update the Marketing Calendar according to global/regional directions and local priorities. 
  • Lead the development & UAT of campaign sites, brand websites & client communications. 
  • Manage internal product systems to ensure timely and accurate updates of product information. 
  • Prepare campaign and retail memo to frontline team to ensure smooth and effective execution of marketing programs. 
  • Consolidate 360 feedback on campaigns for continuous improvement; compile campaign reports and track KPIs to improve product/franchise performance. 

Client Events & Services 

  • Plan and execute boutique event for Skincare category. 
  • Partnering with Retail Marketing Team to initiate, manage and coordinate the client journey, to engage, recruit and retain right clients for the Skincare category through appropriate skincare experiences. 
  • Initiate campaign briefs and manage the projects with internal Agency & IT Team on event website development, data extraction, event orchestration, UAT & project roll-out.

Personal Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications 

  • Degree qualification in business/marketing related disciplines

Work Experience

  • 8 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in luxury beauty industry is preferred

Required Competencies

  • Strong data-analysis skills and time management skills
  • Passionate about luxury and beauty, and result-oriented
  • Able to work independently to prioritize on works, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
