Signature Dental Partners (SDP) is an established and respected private equity backed dental support organization (DSO) providing affiliated dentists in the Western U.S. with proven non-clinical business support functions. This non-clinical support allows dentists to spend more time and attention on patient care rather than burdensome administrative functions. Affiliated dentists benefit from professionally managed non-clinical support services such as human resources, payor relations, group purchasing, vendor management, capital investments, staff management, recruiting, finance, marketing, and information systems.

Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support our dental services organization in driving patient growth, onboarding providers, and integrating new affiliate practices. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this role is critical in refining processes, managing marketing initiatives, and ensuring positive relationships with providers and office teams.

This position offers a unique opportunity for someone with healthcare marketing experience or a strong marketing foundation looking to grow within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and enhance processes for patient acquisition, provider onboarding, and affiliate integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and business development.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, including those acquired through affiliate integrations.
  • Oversee marketing performance metrics and reporting (KPIs).
  • Contribute to refining departmental processes, driving efficiency, and exploring innovative solutions.
  • Support budgeting, including paid ad campaigns and expense processing.
  • Ensure effective website management, local SEO, and digital advertising strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a fast-paced marketing role; healthcare or agency experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in data analytics (Excel, GA4, GTM) and marketing tools (Supermetrics, Funnel).
    • Experienced in project management software (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp).
    • Familiarity with local SEO, Google Business Profile, and website management.
    • Knowledge of paid ad campaign tracking and budget management.
    • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
    • Experimentation mindset (CRO, A/B testing experience is a plus).
  • Technical: Experience in cloud-based environments and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
