Responsibilities:
- Drive optimisations and goals of Digital Marketing channel on a global scale to achieve business objectives given considerations on budget and growth opportunities.
- Assist in monitoring and optimising the use of marketing budget.
- Assist in promotional campaigns planning and execution and maintain a tracker to monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and prepare reports of performance.
- Work closely with developers on the integrations of new digital channel and ensure the tracking of existing digital channels functions properly.
- Responsible for day to day management of the paid performance channels, including paid search and paid social, setting up and optimising campaigns in line with budgets to meet KPIs.
- Drive a 'test and learn' approach to maximise performance and share learnings.
- Deliver weekly reporting of all campaigns and channels performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to request for banner ads or specific landing pages.
- Collaborate with brand marketing team to gather content ideas or determine specific new features that we want to promote on our channel.
- Regular data entry, cleaning and maintenance.
- Conduct regular industry and local competitor research on pace with the latest industry developments. Translating research into workable insights.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in marketing or related discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, and/or advertising is preferred.
- Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and understanding in SalesForce, BI tools.
- Experience in E-Commerce and sales or account management is highly preferred.
- High proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Strong time management skills and self-motivated ability and able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to work well in a cross-functional team setting.
