The Opportunity
This position is responsible for building the Toll brand in the market, strengthening its competitive positioning and creating new acquisition opportunities.

Drive the execution of the marketing strategy and programs, collaborating closely with the marketing team, agencies, and business leaders, ensuring alignment with Toll’s overarching marketing objectives

Develop, manage and execute the calendar of marketing campaigns, programs, customer events, conferences and activities in coordination with the strategic direction set by the Head of Marketing.

Plan, execute, monitor and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, social media) ensuring that campaigns are optimized and managed within timeline and budget to achieve set ROI. Oversee brand positioning, guidelines and messaging to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, to define our Right-to-Win and Go-to-Market strategies. Develop and implement inbound and outbound lead generation and customer acquisition strategies to target and nurture potential customers and create a strong sales pipelines

Monitor and report marketing metrics such as lead conversion rates, customer interactions, customer acquisition costs and campaign performance through dashboard, providing one source of truth to showcase marketing ROI and campaign impact, areas for improvement and inform future targeted strategies. Track spending against budget and optimize costs where necessary

Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals and strategic focus areas. Collaborate with sales teams to engage customers and facilitate the sharing of customer success stories and for setting up a cohesive marketing-sales process. Analyze and identify new digital capabilities to create customer stickiness and loyalty
To succeed in this role, you'll need :

Bachelor’s level in marketing / communication discipline. 5+ years marketing experience in B2B marketing

Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software, such as Salesforce and Marketo

Proven expertise in designing and executing detailed, targeted campaigns. Strong skills in CRM and electronic direct marketing, with a focus on leveraging Marketing Cloud.

Experience with basic design tools (e.g. Canva) and dashboard tools an advantage

A reliable, detailed and focused individual who enjoys working and collaborating within a creative team

The ability to manage multiple projects, pressing timelines and some ambiguity with ease
