Make Your Mark:
As an Associate Manager, Marketing you'll assist with the support and delivery of the regional marketing strategy primarily in Southeast Asia and India.
You'll leverage your industry and marketing knowledge, coupled with a digital-first mentality to engage new and existing customers in ways that profitably drive customer acquisition, upsell and retention.
A big part of your role will be supporting the transition of BlackLine to a digital-first, ROI focused model by delivering impactful digital marketing activities
You'll Get To:

  • Develop and maintain full lifecycle, digital marketing programs including theme conceptualisation, strategy development, content procurement, copywriting, scheduling, promotions, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Manage digital marketing programs with our department-wide internal project management software.
  • Monitor tasks, proactively address projects at risk, and communicate clearly and consistently.
  • Maintain strong program data hygiene.
  • Develop and maintain a strong collaborative relationship with business partners which include, but are not limited to, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Events, Web, Product, and Creative.


What You'll Bring:
Years of Experience in Related Field: 5+
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 5-7 years working in Digital Marketing (B2B, Fintech/Media)
  • Mandatory: Experience with digital campaigns, digital media and digital advertising
  • M andatory: Must be highly proficient in the use of salesforce .
  • Some experience with events may be beneficial
  • Have a deep passion for modern digital marketing practices, blending creative and analytics to get the right message to customers.
  • Constantly evaluate results to take work to the next level
  • Naturally curious and an expert communicator, both internally and with customers
  • Have deep experience presenting ideas and results to leadership
  • Have experience managing a budget for digital-only marketing initiatives while demonstrating the ability to think lean and scrappy
  • Knowledge of and experience with the preparation of reports, ROI analysis and campaign recommendations
  • Knowledge of and experience using Marketo or other similar marketing automation platform

  • Exhibit a high level of drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
  • Be a self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
  • Must be a team player and collaborate well across departments
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidanc
  • Proficient writing skills. Able to create emails, landing page copy, and program briefs.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
