Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is hybrid and full-time with some travel.

What You’ll Do
As a senior professional, the Marketing Manager will lead and execute customer-focused, marketing initiatives that support Imperative Care’s mission to elevate stroke care. This position will define and execute on the stroke product commercial strategy, build customer awareness and generate strong demand and adoption for our products. An individual in this role will work to develop messaging and content across multiple channels that enhance sales campaigns, traditional media, social and web initiatives.
- Work closely with commercial team to understand and implement our marketing strategy in the US market.
- Interact with physicians, clinicians and hospital administration to understand customer needs and trends to better inform our strategy.
- Create digital, video, audio and print content in support of corporate and product needs.
- Support planning and presence at industry events, tradeshows and conferences
- Lead campaign development with specific focus on latest developments for related markets, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a promotional strategy for our product lines and brands.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital marketing, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in Marketing; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Prior medical device or bio-tech experience is required. Prior experience in stroke is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience developing and managing product campaigns.
- Experience translating medical device features into customer value propositions and market differentiation.
- Hands on experience in promotional content development and management.
- Must be willing to travel 30-40% of the time.

Salary Range $140,000 – 155,000 - annually
