Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)
Strategic Marketing Planning & Insights Role
-
Part of Sales Company management team. Drive and facilitate the annual business planning process and business handshake with central for Korea. Drive business plan execution by tracking action plan
-
Integrate all marketing data and its patterns to define strategic implications for the Cluster and its Sales Companies.
-
Lead and deploy marketing research or study to generate insights for market share, macroeconomics, industry dynamics, competitor intelligence and new technology/ application evaluation.

Facilitate MD on Sales Company growth strategy and prioritize, drive initiatives and enablers.
-
Work closely with Division Managers on new market development and association engagement.

Drive the Insights & Analytics excellence area according to flow from Cluster and Global Sales Service Strategy Marketing Plan & Insights

Lead Sales Company marketing team & develop people competence
Commercial Excellence Role
-
Drive OneCRM & leads management process implementation in NEA(North East Asia(Korea / Japan / China / Taiwan)/China
-
Develop tools and dashboard to enhance data-driven sales management.

Implement customer segmentation and "4 way to market" model in NEA

Identifying clear customer-related data patterns and combining it for creating business impact

Implementing a coherent Voice of the Customer program, e.g. customer experience survey, and work with business team on customer insights and improvement actions
Requirements / Qualification
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Strategic Marketing, Business, Commercial Excellence, or related fields, MBA is preferred.

10+ years of experience in marketing roles, especially marketing insight & analytics, commercial excellence and digital marketing in the manufacturing industries.

Strong stakeholder management skills and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Strong leadership, and skillful people management, multi-culture awareness

Interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision, build consensus, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Excellent communication in both Korean and English.
