We are an organisation of 2,000 employees in the UK, headquartered in London, in a brand-new office designed with sustainability, ‘conviviality’ and collaboration in mind. We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside.
Your new team
This role sits in Pernod Ricard’s The Absolut Group (TAG) business. Joining TAG means having 1000+ colleagues based across the world who are responsible for the production, packaging development, innovation and strategic marketing of an extensive range of premium spirits brands, including Absolut Vodka, Beefeater, the world’s most awarded gin, Malibu, our leading flavoured rum, and Kahlua, the number one coffee liqueur, along with a selection of agave spirits, including Altos tequila and craft gins such as Monkey 47.
Your unique contribution
You will have seven main areas of responsibility:

Support the development and implementation of the global Beefeater brand strategy. This includes brand positioning, master brand identity, and other brand fundamentals as required. It also encompasses being a champion for the Beefeater global strategy to ensure all cross-functional teams (TAG, regional hubs, and market affiliates) have a clear and common understanding of our strategic direction.

Drive the Beefeater brand planning and long-range planning workstreams, including annual budget plans and executive reviews. Track and analyse trends, competitors’ market & consumer insights to help identify new business opportunities.

Drive the collaboration between TAG and Boost Markets to develop joint strategic brand plans by ensuring the relevance and fit of marketing plans to business objectives, local needs and global brand strategy, and track business and initiatives performance to identify profitability drivers.

Orchestrate the deployment of assets and provide expertise through content and activation best practices & guidelines sharing, and efficient communication between asset creators & users by understanding, validating and sharing needed asset adjustments and adaptations with Creative Content Manager and Global Brand Team Partner on the development of expert teams’ (comms, channel, digital, etc.) briefs in close collaboration with counterparts from respective teams.

Partner with Consumer Insights on Beefeater’s closeness agenda (PRIME reporting, Consumer Council, etc.). Act as the marketing point of contact on our sustainability strategy.

Lead key transformational projects, as well as support other transversal and ad hoc projects as a strategic partner (scoping, analysing, briefing, etc.).

Coordinate implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders at TAC, HQ regional hubs, and markets as needed.

Lead the IBP content & release in collaboration with market activation team (brand book, story book etc).

Professional experience

Solid strategic and/or operational marketing experience

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Brand Management, Strategic Planning, Consumer Insights, or related marketing discipline

Market activation experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
