Core Responsibilities
As Marketing Manager for the Boys & Girls Consumer Groups, you will help us step up our portfolio management and commercial analysis and reporting, bringing valuable insight and decisions to these Core LEGO Group audiences. This also includes:

Play a vital role in establishing best-in-class tracking of commercial results from a Consumer Group perspective, providing actionable recommendations that will shape our strategy and drive business decisions.

Collaborate with franchise teams to analyze performance and commercial drivers, delivering comprehensive consumer group performance reviews each month.

Provide leadership with key insights and timely updates on commercial performance and market trends, ensuring a clear understanding of the Boys & Girls consumer groups.

Actively provide recommendations that will shape up our portfolio for Boys & Girls, crafting decisions that will impact our innovation portfolio.

We are establishing the new team working on both Girls and Boys portfolio and this is a great opportunity to leave a big positive impact on the organization, playing your part in a team which will be orchestrating key decisions on the future portfolio and strategy.
Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?

Background in business or an analytical-related field.

Strong analytical skills with solid experience in tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

A commercial approach with a passion for numbers and logic, along with attention to detail.

Ability to synthesize various data sources to provide insights and actionable recommendations.

Continuous improvement attitude focused on enhancing data, reporting, and collaboration.

Strong relationship-building skills and a great teammate who thrives in an agile, interconnected environment.

Previous experience in analytical or commercial roles, with an understanding of the product development process.
