About the role:
The Manager, Growth Marketing role sits within the Growth Marketing Team and is responsible for implementing successful demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately contribute to our company's growth objectives. This position can be based in the Bay Area or in our NYC HQ.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth generation strategy to meet company revenue targets.
- Bring growth hacking techniques - new technologies or approaches - to accelerate rapid experimentation and results. For example, new sales plays or compete campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, regional teams) to align demand generation strategies with overall business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, SEO, content marketing, and events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Drive the creation and management of inbound and outbound lead generation programs to support target account lead acquisition and nurture existing prospects.
- Implement lead scoring and nurturing processes using marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that supports demand generation efforts, such as whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, and customer stories.
- Ensure all content is optimized for lead generation and aligned with the buyer’s journey at every stage.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign performance and drive decision-making.
- Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact.
- Monitor and control campaign expenditures to stay within budget: events, outside vendors, and other vendors.
- Present results and findings to senior leadership as required.
- Work closely with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure we have the right attribution and reporting in place to deliver an effective digital marketing program.
What you'll bring:
- 5 years+ experience working digital advertising, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or an agency working with B2B clients.
- At least 3 years' experience in marketing operations and marketing stack technology, even if this was not your full-time role.
- Deep expertise of revenue marketing, ABM, intent data, and demand generation best practices.
- Knowledge of the wider digital marketing environment. Experience with content marketing and lifecycle campaigns a plus.
- Experience working with and implementing marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Expert of Analysis & Reporting Tools (GA4, attribution tools etc.)
- Creation of assets, copy, AB tests, data driven files
- Ability to audit accounts and make recommendations
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
