Title: Marketing Manager, CRM 

Location: Stamford, CT (On-Site) 

Job Type: FT - Exempt 

What You’ll Do:

The Marketing Manager for CRM will support the strategy, development, and execution of CRM programs across our portfolio of brands, driving traffic and sales at our retail stores and building awareness and demand for our brands and products. This role will have a voice in communication strategy and testing plans.


What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of CRM experience, with at least three of those years in the retail industry, with experience working with large data sets.

· Hands-on experience with communication channels of email, push, in-app, and SMS at scale. The more complex, the better, including large, multi-wave, multi-segment, multi-channel, automated marketing campaigns. Knowledgeable in CSS & HTML and desire to grow skills in these areas.

· Strong working knowledge of Braze, Dutchie, Sweed, SpringBig, Monday.com, and Smartsheets.

· Hands-on experience with webhooks and API is preferred.

· Must have an intimate working knowledge of MarTech platforms and integration with CRM.

· Natural collaboration skills and service orientation.

· Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment..

· Supporting the CRM team in all aspects of CRM marketing campaigns and lifecycle triggers

· Support setting the strategy of CRM lifecycle journey programs.

· Support building, Quality Assurance, and schedule deployment of error-free SMS, email, and mobile push messages.

· The candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Thrives working with cross-functional teams.


Who You Are:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.

· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing, preferably in a management role.

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You love interacting with people and thrive in cross-functional team environments. 

· Exceptional project management skills.

· Possess a unique combination of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to execution. Both are equally important for success in this role.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and customer acquisition for rapid growth.

· Strong understanding of local marketing tactics, including events, promotions, and partnerships.

· Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and develop actionable insights.

· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Be willing to work night and weekend hours as required.



Connecticut Hiring Range

$90,000$105,000 USD
