Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Automations Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our marketing automation platforms, drive efficiency, and improve campaign effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement automated marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and ensure seamless integration of our marketing technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
    • Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and personalization.
    • Work with the marketing team to design, build, and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, email campaigns, customer journeys, and more.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform, ensuring data accuracy, campaign performance, and system integrity.
    • Create and manage automated marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
    • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop email templates, landing pages, and forms that enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of automated marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Use data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign optimization and audience engagement.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and martech.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Work closely with the marketing, content, design, data and IT teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and execution.
    • Provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of the marketing automation platform.
    • Lead efforts to continually improve processes, tools, and capabilities related to marketing automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting. Salesforce Intelligence and PowerBI experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and data management. Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud experience a plus. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience segmenting and managing a large audience database.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP platform.
  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations.
