The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Services Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing marketing activities that deliver and progress pipeline for our Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) business in the Western EMEA region.
They will be a key member of our regional marketing team, influencing the success of Adobe’s solutions and services in the region and working with cross-functional teams to drive marketing activities vital for an effective services marketing strategy.

As a top notch marketing specialist, this person will possess understanding of the challenges – and opportunities – Adobe's customers encounter when deploying Adobe solutions, actively participate in the development and execution of marketing programs to enable effective services selling, and help align Adobe’s services positioning with industry trends and product advancements.
What You'll Do
- Establish annual and quarterly marketing plans focused on achieving our business goals, and align with license marketing and ACS teams to deliver outstanding marketing experiences, rooting in a deep understanding of our customers, industry-specific needs, business environments and Adobe solutions.
- Align marketing plans to targets at an account level and industry level. Collaborate with ACS to identify themes and messaging needed to reach the audience your activities target. Implement innovative marketing approaches to improve return on marketing spend.
- Position Adobe as a leader in helping businesses become experience led. Bring the Adobe story to life and be a change leader, driving a unified multi-channel multi-touch marketing approach.
- Develop a forward-thinking, demand-generating marketing calendar and work with global and regional partners to develop campaign and event briefs. Get it right by maintaining frequent communication with collaborators, meeting timelines and priorities, and acting with speed and precision.
- Partner with creative teams to develop marketing concepts, messaging, and content for your marketing activities. Routinely look at insights and results, and shift execution accordingly.
- Coordinate across digital and field marketing teams to deliver on an integrated plan, and partner across teams to time activities appropriately and optimize customer reach.
- Regularly update management and leadership on marketing plans, progress, and performance. Introduce and explore new marketing approaches and processes as needed to achieve and optimize results.
- Partner with services marketers across the EMEA region to understand their plans, and interlock with senior EMEA ACS leadership based in Paris to present and discuss the pan-EMEA services marketing efforts as a functional leader.
What You Need to Succeed
- At least 5 years of experience in field marketing and implementing integrated campaigns and events, preferably in the technology, software or consulting industry (knowledge of Adobe products preferred).
- A degree in the field of Business, Communications, Marketing, or related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and highly sophisticated environment.
- Experience working successfully with onsite team, virtual teams, and across matrix organizations.
- Outstanding project management skills and interpersonal communication.
- Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them, proactive nature.
- Great follow through and attention to detail.
- Sound analytical skills – ability to use marketing metrics to develop and drive successful campaigns.
- Excellent English and French verbal and written communication skills. Additional major European languages a plus.
