So, what’s the role all about?
The Marketing Manager - Account Based Marketing (ABM) will lead and optimize our account-based marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue and engagement through targeted, data-driven campaigns. This role is crucial in aligning marketing and sales to accelerate pipeline growth and maximize customer lifetime value.
How will you make an impact?
- ABM Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute scalable ABM strategies tailored to key accounts. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify high-value target accounts and design personalized campaigns.
- Campaign Management - Manage end-to-end ABM campaigns, including account selection, audience segmentation, and multi-channel outreach.
- Create personalized content, messaging, and offers that resonate with target accounts.
- Internal Collaboration - Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment on account strategies, goals, and reporting.
- Provide tools, resources, and insights to enable sales success in engaging and converting key accounts.
- Utilize analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance. Generate actionable insights to optimize ABM initiatives and improve ROI.
- Leverage 6sense to scale and enhance programs. Maintain the accuracy and relevance of account data in collaboration with the marketing automation team.
- Share latest trends and best practices in ABM and B2B marketing, and continuously test and iterate campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ABM in B2B marketing.
- Proven ability to execute and scale ABM programs that deliver measurable results.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience aligning marketing and sales teams.
- Proficiency in ABM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
