About Conserv
At Conserv, we empower museums and cultural institutions to protect irreplaceable collections through innovative environmental monitoring. Over the past six years, we’ve grown from a small startup to serving over 250 institutions—from local history museums to the Smithsonian—by combining deep heritage preservation expertise with modern technology. We tackle real-world challenges for conservators and collection care professionals, and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who’s excited to help us amplify our mission.
The Role
As our Marketing Lead, you’ll own the execution of all marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design marketing campaigns, create and distribute content, measure performance, and continually optimize to fuel our company’s growth. Working closely with our small, passionate team, you’ll have a direct impact on shaping how we reach and engage with preservation professionals around the world.

- Build and execute engagement campaigns: Develop campaigns that nurture prospects into customers and keep existing users excited about our solutions.
- Create compelling content: Craft articles, newsletters, product updates, and more to educate and resonate with cultural heritage professionals.
- Manage our digital presence: Manage our website, social channels, and SEO efforts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and user-friendly experiences.
- Coordinate events and partner marketing: Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, conferences, and co-marketing efforts with industry partners.
- Track performance and optimize: Implement marketing analytics (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) to measure success and refine strategies.
- Work resourcefully: As our primary marketing expert, you’ll creatively maximize impact with limited resources.
What You’ll Need
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally involving technical or SaaS products
- Proven success building marketing programs that drive revenue and pipeline
- Proficiency with marketing platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail
- Experience managing budgets and prioritizing resources effectively
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and tackle challenges head-on
- Bonus: graphic design experience or comfort using graphic design tools
- Bonus: Familiarity with museum or cultural institution audiences
Who You Are
- You excel in startup or fast-paced environments where you can chart your own path
- You’re equally comfortable mapping big-picture strategy and rolling up your sleeves for execution
- You adapt quickly when priorities shift, remaining organized and focused on outcomes
- You take pride in high-quality work but know when done is better than perfect
- You’re inspired by a mission-driven company dedicated to protecting cultural heritage
- You bring ideas, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from our customers and team
