As a student placement (June 2025 – January 2026) within our Marketing team based in Hilversum, Netherlands, you will experience both B2B marketing and many aspects of the amazing world of food and drink. You will be part of a truly international and creative team and will work closely with other functions to help create unforgettable taste experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating eye catching marketing materials within our brand guidelines, using IFF templates (labels, posters, menus, tasting sheets, presentations)
  • Analysing data to understand market trends and deliver insights into projects
  • Capturing and communicating information on food, drink and flavour trends around the organisation
  • Purchasing Netherlands market samples for global colleagues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and customer insights, to help in delivering customer experience.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating B2B events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including logistics, collateral preparation, and on-site support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a masters or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field in Dutch University.

Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.

Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and layout and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic and video creation design skills as a plus.

A creative approach and a genuine interest in food and drink!

This is a paid internship position with a duration of 6 months. The intern will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the marketing team.
