The Internship program runs full-time from May 26th 2025 - August 29th 2025.
The Marketing Intern will support Cogeco’s Product crew. This role reports to the Marketing Lead for the Product Crew. The Marketing Intern works closely with various members of the Product squads [Video, Content, Fixed Line, B2B etc.] and other cross functional partners to support Marketing efforts:
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development & Brief Creation: Collaborate with the marketing lead to create detailed campaign brief, ensuring clear objectives, target audience, messaging and deliverable (Using Jira to document and track campaign progress).

Execution with Cross-Functional teams (squads): Work closely with various product squad members (MarCom, MarkAuto, Data…) to execute campaigns. Use Jira to manage tasks with stories, update timelines and track deliverables to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

Ongoing campaign support: Provide day-to-day assistance in monitoring campaign activities, using Jira to track progress, make updates, and flag any potential roadblocks.

Post-campaign analysis & reporting: Assist in post-mortem evaluations by gathering performance data from the data squad members, analyzing results, compiling insights and sharing these results in a clear, visual presentation using Google Slides to communicate the key takeaways to improve future campaigns.
Skills & Experience:

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and trends

Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Ability to drive projects to completion

Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PPT, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Slides

Experience with team leadership preferred

Education:

Must be pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing or similar field of study with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
