Department OverviewThe Global Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all strategic marketing and product marketing programs across the globe to drive product awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees all global product marketing strategy for the fixed video and access control portfolio, develops messaging and go to market strategy for the VS&A business, creates and drives marketing programs and campaigns aimed to generate leads and build brand awareness among target audiences, including system integrators, end-users and consultants. The Global VS&A Marketing team oversees all aspects of elevating and driving growth for our video brands as a part of the broader Motorola Solutions ecosystem.
Job Description

Within the VS&A Marketing Team, Motorola Solutions is looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Marketing Intern to contribute to the success of our marketing efforts within the LATAM region. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in regional marketing and play a key role in executing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and other team members of the team to implement a variety of marketing initiatives tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Marketing Manager in the development and execution of regional marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of regional marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, local community events, and partnerships.

  • Support the performance of regional marketing activities, managing the lead generation flow process. 

  • Managing the marketing materials and inventory for the region.

  • Market research and analysis to develop better marketing strategies. (Media partners

  • Research, vertical events, information about competitors)

  • Assist with local social media marketing initiatives and content creation. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Basic Requirements

Availability to work from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Work location: Av. das Nações Unidas, 14401 - Chácara Santo Antônio (Zona Sul), São Paulo - SP.

  • Advanced English

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing.

  • Proficient in MS Office and the Google Suite. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
