Marketing information Analyst/Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing information analyst / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysis, with a focus on digital marketing solutions. As a Marketing information analyst / Business Analyst, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, create functional designs and briefings.

You thrive on tackling complex marketing and data challenges. You will be responsible for describing and developing the functional requirements for the implementation or modification of marketing automation tools such as Marigold Engage, Salesforce, Adobe, or Braze.

To ensure the effective use of these tools, you will advise clients on how to best translate their marketing ideas into (automated) marketing campaigns. You will then translate their requirements into a designs and briefing for the construction, execution, and optimization of the campaigns.

To achieve successful outcomes, you bring order and structure to your work. You have knowledge and experience with relational databases and real-time interfaces, and your SQL skills are solid.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Work with development teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Ensure that digital marketing solutions align with client goals and industry best practices.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct acceptance/E2E testing to assurance quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant trends and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• Experience with marketing technology
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
