Department
The marketing department consists of three sub departments: Content Management Organization (CMO), Strategic Marketing and Global Branding. Together these teams develop marketing campaigns, client communication, RFP’s, management of all Robeco’s websites and the production of wide variety of content. The Global Branding team’s primary responsibilities are brand development and maintaining brand consistency. On the brand development side we aim to grow the brand in terms of name and proposition (investment capabilities) awareness. This is done by developing and coordinating a wide range of marketing communication: advertising campaigns using all available online and offline channels, event management (both online and in-person) and video productions. Maintaining brand consistency is a shared responsibility for all in the team and includes safeguarding our corporate identity (colors, designs, logo’s, etc.). The team works in close cooperation with all other marketing teams, sales, local offices, corporate communications and investments and uses a network of creative agencies and communication suppliers. Global Branding consists of 9 people. Three Brand specialists, three event specialist and two designers in the Studio. The Head Global Branding is the team lead.
Assisting Event Management:
- Admin assistance, easy organizational tasks in webinar set up; schedule webinars, set up registration page, emails, audience console.
- Webinar preparation (coordination & briefing suppliers, presenters and internal support teams, arrange internal logistics).
- Assist in webinar execution (coordination of recording day with presenters, internal and external suppliers, quality assurance set, technique, light, video, sound and platform settings, onsite director during recordings.
- Post-production in the platform (semi-live/ on demand local versions, edit captioning, activating translations, create chapters, downloads.
Assisting Brand Specialists:
- Control work for various forms of advertising: Checking creative assets, correct copy, language and disclaimer, correct version (different markets have different topics); Testing if animated display ads work correctly.
- Building EDMs and testing mockups of EDMs/native ads/advertorials coming back from the media.
- Image searching for native ads, linked in posts.
- Assist in production of the internal branding program.
- Assist in video productions.
