Role Overview: Project Manager – Campaigns & Loyalty (Marketing/Creative profile)
Sportingbet Brazil is looking for a creative and customer-centric Project Manager to manage initiatives that elevate customer engagement through impactful campaigns, loyalty strategies, and exclusive events. This role is vital to fostering deeper connections with our customers and delivering unforgettable brand experiences.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will lead initiatives that blend creative marketing, strategic planning, and project management. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and events that enhance brand loyalty and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end management of creative marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop assets, including visuals, messaging, and video content.
- VIP Events & Loyalty Strategies: Plan and execute exclusive events and loyalty programs that enhance the experience for high-value customers.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Identify and implement innovative engagement tactics to surprise and delight customers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of all initiatives.
- Performance Reporting: Track campaign success and provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
Specialist skills and experience
- Strong experience in managing creative marketing campaigns, events, or loyalty programs.
- Proven ability to collaborate with creative teams to deliver compelling customer experiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering unique and engaging brand experiences.
- Familiarity with brand-building, storytelling, and experiential marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience working in fast-paced industries like betting, gaming, or entertainment is a plus.
