We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Graduate to join our high performing Marketing team. As a Marketing Graduate at swipejobs, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and other digital platforms
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise marketing strategies
- Support the team in event planning, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Experience:
- A recent graduate (or final-year student) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for technology and innovation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or HubSpot is a plus
