About the team

The Marketing team at Careem is dynamic, innovative, and customer-obsessed. Based in Riyadh, the team plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity and driving growth across KSA. As part of a highly collaborative and creative environment, you'll work alongside marketing experts who are passionate about crafting impactful campaigns and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

What you'll do

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring timely rollout and effective performance tracking.
  • Support partnership marketing initiatives with top FMCG brands to enhance brand perception and drive orders.
  • Manage the execution of local marketing activations, sponsorships, and on-ground events in Riyadh.
  • Optimize the in-app and CRM experience by supporting segmentation and targeted messaging strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, product, and central marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor competitive trends and market dynamics to provide actionable insights for future campaigns.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer tech, quick commerce, grocery delivery, food delivery, or e-commerce.
  • Strong campaign management experience, with the ability to brief, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, CRM, and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Deep understanding of the Riyadh market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an execution-oriented mindset.
