BOLZONI AURAMO Inc. supplies a wide range of products including integral and hook-on side shifters, fork positioners, paper roll clamps, bale clamps, carton clamps, push pulls, multi-pallet handlers, rotators and forks.
The Marketing Coordinator needs to be proactive and able to develop and recommend new ideas and manage projects within the scope of the role. Able to work with other Bolzoni teams, Dealers and external agencies which are vital to building the relationships necessary to be successful in the role. The Marketing Coordinator is directly responsible for managing the planning, budgeting, and execution of the overall experience for customers, visiting Bolzoni Auramo Inc. facilities and additional special marketing and sales events. Job duties include but are not limited to the following accountabilities.
Key Accountabilities:

Coordinate and assist with events taking place at the Experience Center and supporting major dealer events and industry trade shows

Support the manager with Digital Marketing activities through a variety of mediums such as: direct mail/invitations, e-blasts, digital communications, i.e. public
websites

Deploy dealer promotional, sales, and support program communications as defined by Manager

Prepare competitor coverage analysis for quarterly benchmarking and circulation to regional sales managers and SLT

Support the communication of brand messages to improve awareness of the Company and its products

Support the creation of marketing materials

Interface with Company and Dealer personnel to improve communication and obtain quality feedback

Assist in the development and implementation of creative approaches that promote awareness of company brands in the industry, including key target markets and focus account.

Deployment and execute marketing promotions/events including national dealer meetings, direction of trade shows and events

Assist with logistics of special events to ensure customers/dealers/employees leave with a positive experience

Provide communication between departments and events occurring
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications discipline
-
2+ years marketing, event coordinating, and company branding experience required
-
6+ years major marketing experience for similar Company in lieu of degree
