Working directly with our Head of Marketing, you'll help shape how we connect with clients and employees while elevating our reputation in the industry through professionally executed events.

The Role

As our Marketing Events Coordinator, you'll lead the logistics and execution for our diverse portfolio of events, from industry summits to recognition ceremonies. Working with our Marketing team, you'll transform creative ideas into well-executed events that support our business goals. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end event logistics for all internal and external events.
  • Lead onsite event execution, ensuring smooth operations and positive attendee experiences
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships to bring events to life, from venue selection to day-of production
  • Create and track event timelines and budgets
  • Improve processes through post-event analysis and best practice development
  • Domestic travel for event execution (approximately 10-15 events annually, mostly same-day)
  • Occasional evening and weekend availability for events

  • Proven track record in event logistics and onsite management
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple events while maintaining quality
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs
  • Solid vendor management and negotiation abilities
  • Skills in building effective cross-team relationships
  • Budget management experience

The Day-to-Day

You'll work in a fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges – and opportunities! A typical day might include:

  • Managing vendor communications for upcoming events
  • Updating project timelines and budgets in Asana
  • Coordinating with Marketing team on event materials and deadlines
  • Creating detailed run-of-show documents
  • Leading pre-event planning meetings
  • Problem-solving last-minute event adjustments
