The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build systems and processes, support field events and online programming, and help develop impactful social media campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience across various facets of marketing, collaborate with multiple teams, and have a significant impact on our brand and events presence.

Your Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:
- Event Coordination:
- Support planning, logistics, and execution of in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, webinars, virtual summits, and field events.
- Communicate with customers, prospects, and various Simpplr stakeholders to coordinate presentations and travel logistics
- Manage vendor relationships, source and order branded swag, and oversee post-event follow-up communications.
- Travel to support on-site event execution as needed, around 20%.
- Marketing Operations:
- Assist in building and refining marketing processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Help manage marketing tools, track performance metrics, and ensure data accuracy in systems such as CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Creative Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with the team to craft engaging email nurture campaigns to drive lead generation and customer retention.
- Work on creative projects that include sourcing and managing branded materials, such as swag and digital assets.
- Develop ideas for unique and personalized marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Support the creation of engaging social media content aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Administrative Support:
- Help organize team meetings, marketing calendars, and project management workflows.
- Coordinate vendor contracts, invoices, and other administrative tasks to keep projects on track.
Your SkillsetWhat makes you a great fit for the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years marketing experience, preferably in event coordination, email marketing, and demand generation programs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as GoogleSuite, Salesforce, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Creative and flexible mindset with a knack for sourcing unique swag and developing innovative campaigns.
- Experience with crafting and managing email nurture campaigns is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and support in-person events as needed (around 20%).
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $85k - $100k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

Pay Range
$85,000—$100,000 USD

This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.
- Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
- Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis.
- Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
