The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive results for Berkadia’s corporate brand and in support of its priority growth areas and markets. The role will also be integral in driving operational excellence within the Corporate Marketing department, managing shared resources and developing and implementing new processes that create efficiencies. The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Associate Director of Marketing.
We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:
- Partner across the business to develop and ensure execution of marketing strategies with defined and measurable performance indicators in support of growing business areas and key regions.
- Partner with Events to contribute to the marketing strategy with industry organizations, including brand activation efforts tied to local and regional conferences and events, as well as signature industry conferences, such as NMHC.
- Partner with Integrated Brand, Marketing, Communications and Events partners to implement marketing strategies in support of the specialty and solutions’ unique business objectives.
- Develop and maintain suite of marketing materials and web content that highlight the firm’s corporate capabilities and expertise.
- Manage updates to all client-facing employee headshots and bios on the website.
- Support campaign activation related to research and thought leadership outputs.
- Oversight of Corporate Marketing mailbox, calendar and distribution list (BCMP).
- Oversight of Marketing in a Box (SharePoint intranet site); partner with Corporate Marketing leadership to refresh and support Corporate Marketing leadership with any significant enhancements.
- Quarterly maintenance of Corporate Marketing OneNote and Monday.com environment to ensure accuracy and encourage utilization.
- Support management of company store and employee gift programs.
- Manage other shared resources within Corporate Marketing and develop and implement new processes that create efficiencies.
- Support agenda and content development as needed for Corporate Marketing all-hands meetings.
- Support with the management of vendor agreements and subscriptions, ensuring contracts and user credentials are current.
- Provide quarterly budget review and partner with Corporate Marketing leadership to provide reconciliation and reforecast of budget, as needed.
- Compile data, reports and presentations as needed for Corporate Marketing leadership, such as quarterly QBR presentations.
- Process invoices; evaluate invoices against actual work completed, seek appropriate approval, submit invoices to Accounts Payable for payment and resolve any discrepancies or past due invoices.
- Set up new Corporate Marketing vendors with Accounts Payable department.
- Submit expense reports for Corporate Marketing credit cards.
- Master key marketing technology platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Monday.com, Issuu, and WordPress) to support integrated marketing projects.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the broader firm’s vision, priorities, and marketing efforts.

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Familiarity with managing large budgets
- Familiarity developing marketing messaging and materials
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and department
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with creativity in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Adhere to Berkadia’s policies and exhibit proficiency and understanding of Berkadia’s core values and position-specific skills
- Ability to work on-site in Ambler, PA
