Job Description:

KEV Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing team. In this role, you’ll coordinate digital marketing initiatives at KEV including webinars, e-mail campaigns, marketing automation, as well as executing event logistics.  

Responsibilities:

  • Execute email campaigns, automation and results 
  • Manage the collection and distribution of leads
  • Design, develop, deploy and manage landing pages 
  • Prepare and execute the logistics for both in person and virtual events (including live and recorded webinars, tradeshows, conferences, etc.)
  • Ensure that all work product adheres to the company’s brand messaging and visual identity guidelines
  • Conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required in a timely and professional manner

Requirements and Skills:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing or Communications
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a B2B software company
  • Experience planning and executing Marketing events (conferences and hosted events)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • A detail-oriented self-starter who can demonstrate initiative and thrive in a multi-tasking, time-sensitive environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A positive, can-do attitude is a must
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Pardot or similar CRM, Marketing Automation platform and HTML/CSS knowledge nice to have
  • Bilingual (English/French) would be an asset
