Essential Functions

  • Expense Reporting: Accurately code and submit marketing expense reports monthly, ensuring proper budget tracking.
  • Lead Management: Load and update lead data into the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) with precision and completeness.
  • Data Administration: Assist with initiatives to uphold marketing and sales data accuracy and integrity.
  • Trade Show Coordination: Support trade show logistics, including registration and vendor communication, under the guidance of regional marketing managers.
  • Media Planning: Assist in executing media plans aligned with campaign objectives and budgets, as directed by the corporate marketing team.
  • Campaign Management: Create and maintain campaign records in HubSpot, linking marketing activities to associated costs and sales outcomes.
  • Marketing Technology: Build proficiency in HubSpot and other marketing tools, supporting the adoption of AI-driven technologies to enhance operations.

Additional Duties

  • Assist marketing team members with various ad hoc tasks.
  • Proactively address questions or challenges to ensure timely task completion.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing applications (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ownership of tasks with consistent follow-through.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business from an accredited institution (required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing or commercial roles, ideally in a manufacturing or technical industry (preferred).
  • Experience in marketing technical products or services (preferred).
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  • Office-based environment.
  • May require extended periods of sitting.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
